Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between Divitiae Holding LLC, doing business as Joblure ("we"), and the business that signs up for Joblure ("you"). By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. The service
Joblure provides an AI assistant that answers your business's calls, website chats and text messages, books appointments into your calendar or job software, transfers urgent calls to your phone, and sends follow-up, reactivation and review-request messages. Paid plans and add-ons may include more, as described on our website or order form.
2. Free trial
New businesses can try Joblure free for 14 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan and any add-ons you selected start and are billed as described below. You can cancel at any time during the trial and pay nothing.
3. Plans, billing and add-ons
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, are month-to-month, and have no setup fee unless your order says otherwise.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of voice minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over. Extra minute packs are billed when you buy them.
- One-time add-ons (such as Review Kickstart) are billed when they start. Monthly add-ons are billed with your plan.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing month.
4. Advertising (Growth plan)
If your plan includes Google Local Services Ads management, you own the ad account and pay Google directly for leads and ad spend. Our fee covers management only. We do not guarantee any number of leads, rankings or results, and Google decides who qualifies for its programs.
5. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information. You are responsible for the services, hours, service area, price ranges and emergency rules you give us or approve. Keep them current.
- Prices are not estimates. The assistant shares only price ranges you approve and tells callers they are not binding estimates. Any binding estimate, written estimate or authorization the law requires (for example, for automotive repair in California) is your responsibility.
- Licenses and laws. You hold the licenses your trade requires and follow the laws that apply to your business.
- Customer consent. You will only give us customer contact details you are allowed to use, and only ask us to text or call people who have given the consent the law requires. You will tell us about any customer who asks not to be contacted.
- Your phone. Calls are forwarded to Joblure from your number by your carrier. You keep your number and are responsible for your phone service and for answering transferred calls.
6. AI, recordings and disclosures
The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant and tells callers the call may be recorded. You agree not to ask us to remove these disclosures. AI can make mistakes: the assistant may misunderstand a caller or book incorrectly, so review your bookings and call summaries. The assistant is not a substitute for emergency services, and it tells callers in danger to call 911.
7. Acceptable use
You will not use Joblure to send spam, mislead callers, collect information unlawfully, harass anyone, or break the rules of the phone carriers, Google or the other services we connect to. We may pause messaging that a carrier or regulator flags until it is resolved.
8. Your data
Your business data and your customers' data belong to you. You give us permission to use it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you leave, you can export your data, and we delete it as that policy describes.
9. Our rights
Joblure, its software and its content belong to us. You may use them only as part of the service. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Joblure running around the clock but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Phone carriers, internet providers and connected software can fail. We may improve or change features; if we remove something central to your plan, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for the unused part of the month.
11. Disclaimers and limits of liability
Except as these terms say, Joblure is provided "as is." Results such as calls answered, jobs booked, reviews gained or revenue are not guaranteed; any figures on our website are estimates based on industry data. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost jobs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or do not pay after notice. When the agreement ends, remove call forwarding to Joblure from your phone; we will send instructions.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.
